Rotherham United Football
Rotherham United FC, were formed by the merger of two Rotherham clubs in 1925; Rotherham FC (1870) later known as Rotherham Town and Thornhill (1877) who renamed to Rotherham County. The present club play at the 7,900 capacity Millmoor Stadium in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
The Millers as they are known play their home games in red shirts with white sleeves, white shorts and red socks. The away strip is all black with the shirt having white arms. United have a third strip which is all white with gold trim. The Rotherham United shirt is yet to feature in top flight football or to lift any significant silverware.
