Norwich City Football
Norwich City Football Club was formed at a meeting held at the Criterion Caf in White Lion Street Norwich, on Tuesday 17th June 1902, they joined the ranks of the professionals in 1905. Norwich play their home games at Carrow Road in Norwich. Previous grounds were in 1902 Newmarket Road and 1908-1935 the Nest, Rosary Road.
Norwich whose nickname the Canaries comes from their shirts, wear a home strip of a shirt which is yellow with green and black shoulder strips and green strips down either side.
