Luton Town Football
Luton Town Football Club were created by the merger of Luton Wanderers and Luton Excelsior in 1885, they are an English football team based in the town of Luton in Bedfordshire. Luton Town have the nickname of The Hatters thanks to Luton having been the centre of the English hat making trade. Luton play their home games in the Kenilworth Road Stadium, in Luton, Bedfordshire which has a 10,300 capacity stadium that was built in 1905, they have a new site in the pipeline but it still awaits further development.
Luton play their home games in white shirts with black shorts and white socks, with an away strip which is reversed into black shirts with white shorts and black socks. The white shirt has been worn in all four Divisions of the English league and featured in a League Cup win in 1988.
