Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite was born on the 22nd April 1982 in Brasilia, Brazil, he is better known as Kaka and he is a Brazilian footballer playing in the midfield for A.C. Milan in La Liga and the Brazil national team.
Kaka started his professional journey in the Sao Paulo FC's youth squad. Making his senior debut for the club in 2001. He played 58 games and scored 23 goals between 2001 and 2003. A.C. Milan picked him up for a bargain price in 2003 and he has been one of their stars ever since, the most recent highlight being the UEFA Champions League, 2006-07 win over Liverpool.
Kaka has been a member of the Brazil squad since 2002 and until the 2006-07 season had 50 appearances and 31 goals to his credit.
