Internacional Football
Sport Club Internacional known as Internacional is a Brazilian football team founded on April 4, 1909. They play their home games at the Gigante da Beira-rio (Jose Pinheiro Borda Stadium), Porto Alegre in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil which has a capacity of 65,000.
Internacional play their home games in red shirts, with white shorts and socks. the away kit is the reverse; white shirts with red shorts and socks. The red shirt is currently worn in the Brazilian Serie A. Famous names such as Dunga, Paulo Roberto Falcao, Lucio Batista and goalkeeper Taffarel have come up through Internacional's youth system and the team have been Brazilian league champions on three occassions in their history.
