Guinea Football
Guinea is in the CAF (Africa). It played its first international in 1960 losing 4-1 to Nigeria. Guinea have never qualified for the world cup but have played in 9 Afican Nations Cups its first in 1970. Its highest finish is second in the Afican Nations Cup in 1976. Guinea have made the quarter finals of the last 3 African Cups reaching their highest ranking of 22 in 2006 (current 40).
Guinea plays at the Stade 28 Septembre which has a capacity of 65000. Its colours are red, yellow and green with the away kit being white. Guinea's biggest win was in 1972 they won 14-0 over Mauritania with there biggest loss being 5-0 against Côte d'Ivoire in 2008.
