Match night two in the Champions League saw a result one way or the other in all eight group matches and wins for all the British sides playing on Wednesday, an up turn from Tuesday night when none of the British clubs won.
In Group E at the Nou Camp wearing their 50 year anniversary of the stadium shirts, Barcelona beat Lyon who were wearing their white Umbro shirt 3-0 thanks to an own goal and finishes by Messi and Thierry Henry.
The other match in Group E saw an Alan Hutton inspired Rangers come back from a goal down to beat German side VfB Stuttgart 2-1. The Glasgow club wore their traditional light blue home shirts and Stuttgart wore their red away shirts with a white horizontal band around them for the game at Ibrox.
English born Simon Perrotta gave Roma the lead against Dynamo Kiev and Totti wrapped up the win for the italian side in the second half, 2-0 it finished to Roma who wore their maroon red home shirts, Kiev played in their white shirts with a blue diagonal stripe across them.
The other match in Group F saw Cristiano Ronaldo return to Sporting Lisbon, the club he was signed to Manchester United from, the Portugese winger scored the only goal of the game with a header to give United the 1-0. Manchester United wore their red home shirt for the match at the Stadium of Light whilst hosts Sporting wore their green & white hooped shirt.

Fenerbahce’s UEFA CL Shirt
In Group G Fenerbahce wearing a special european white and yellow striped shirt beat Inter Milan (blue & black striped shirts) 1-0 and PSV Eindhoven (red & white stripes) of Holland won 2-1 againt CSKA Moscow (grey shirts).
The nights Champions League fixtures were rounded up in Group H where Arsenal (red shirt, white sleeves) beat Sevilla (black shirts) 3-0 at the Emirates and Slavia Prague (red & white halved kit) won 2-1 at home to Steaua Bucharest (blue Nike shirts).



Rangers shirts are light blue, not purple.
