USA Chivas shirt deal with Comex

MLS Chivas’s New 2007/08 Shirts

The Mexican Major League Soccer side Deportivo Chivas have signed their first shirt sponsorship deal with Comex, a leading Mexican paint company.

Comex are the first company to appear on the front of Chivas USA’s shirt. Chivas USA co-owner Antonio Cué said:

“Chivas USA is proud to have partnered with such an important Mexican company, which not only has a longstanding commitment to supporting professional sports, but also sees value in promoting health and recreation among young people”

On Sunday in the Super Clasico when Chivas play Los Angeles local rivals the Galaxy, the team will wear their old jerseys in the first half and in the second half they will come out again with the new Comex sponsored 07/08 shirts on.
