New England Away Kit Pictures
We had a sneak peek last week at Umbro in Manchester and now we can let you know what the New Red England Away shirt looks like, here are some pictures from Umbro.
There will be a full article to follow later today, we’ll just get you the images for now:

Looks like it took a lot of effort from the designers!
The cuffs would be better in Red!
I don’t think you’ll be alone in making that suggestion, Rob. Bizarre having those white cuffs, they look really out of place.
They certainly would, Rob.
terrible, even worse than the home shirt.
Where’s the modern designs??
Umbro should be creating future classics rather than being lazy and producing this ****.
Very poor effort. Minimal has worked for the current home kit, but this!!
Looks very neat and smart. In matching with the home shirt – Classic shirt – Hope the World Cup performance matches the kits.
what a nightmare. this plain shirt would cost 60 bucks. joke of the century
I don’t get this problem with plain; as if shoving a few pinstripes or a flash of white here and there makes it a better design and worth more.
If you read up, this has been designed to the nth degree, in terms of seam placement for movement etc.
Mind you, the white cuffs are still odd, where did they come from?
Really classy, even thought about the collar and the two tone red is a nice touch as is the white cuffs, ordering mine very soon!
I don’t really understand the carping when we are given a retro design from whichever company.
Since the replica kit market started in the late 70s barely a team on the planet has been untouched by the appalling flights of fancy of designers who seem to have no affinity for the game or its traditions. Although it would be unfair to say all have been disasters no England team has looked as good as they did with the plain round neck home and away shirts of the 60s, and no Brazil kit has matched the classic simplicity of the 1970 World Cup strip.
I’m not suggesting these things should be set in aspic, but when you remember the many awful 1990s kit or look at that hideous shadow squared thing West Ham are being forced to wear this year, or the current Arsenal home debacle, it seems clear clubs must take more responsibility for the shirts foisted upon them by the manufacturers. They need to learn to say “no” to the more bizarre excesses.
fantastic designed shirt, an incredible improvement from recent away shirts, even better than the home strip.
Wow, new effort ;-O
How many hours n weeks did they need to create this one?
Can someone give me 2 reasons to buy this one instead of buying a 1966 ceap cotton version for a tenner?
Seam placement aside, the actual look of the thing is something I could make with a marker, a red long-sleeve shirt and a paper England badge in about 2 minutes. Truly revolutionary, eh? What a load of bull****.
looks like santa claus suit to me
What a mess, about time England binned Umbro. This is the nail in the coffin I think.
i think its good alot better than the previous away kits we had
Absolutely terrible, I hate Umbro sooooo much
I think the star should be gold, and dont like the white bits on the arms, and it deffinatly looks better in short sleeve, i need a new england top and i prefer this to the home one, so will be getting this one i think.
yet again they change the colour of the three lions crest on the shorts!!! makes me sick…..which is a shame cus the shirt is pretty nice
am from scotland and for once i feel sorry for all you england fans who are expected to pay 50 pounds for this
oh wow how exciting.
quite nice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think it’s a nice design, although I believe it would be better with a colar.. maybe a white one ??
Boring… agree with previous comments, Umbro should be creating future classics rather than living in the past. Once we move on from past glories we might win future ones.
it’s a long sleeved red t-shirt!, Why even bother bringing it out?
i think it looks quite nice.
Nice Kit but they should just have one shade of red. It looks bad with two
