Torquay United Home Kit 2009/10
Torquay United will be playing in League Two next season after gaining promotion from the Conference National. The team ranked 4th in last season’s table with 83 points and hence qualified for the Conference National Playoffs between teams ranked 2nd to 5th. They were the lucky victors and their prize was League Two football in 2009/10. Torquay’s stadium has a capacity of 6104 and is called Plainmoor. In it, the team will be using its newly-unveiled home shirt in the 2009/10 season.

The shirt was modelled by players Chris Hargreaves and Lee Mansell, wit the presence of Tristan Cook from shirt sponsors Sparkworld Ltd. The shirt was used in Saturday’s match against Chesterfield. The shirt manufacturers are Vandanel. Their logo appears on the right side of the chest and on the sleeves, in blue. The shirt has a yellow base colour and a round collar. It used the traditional colours associated with the club: yellow and blue. The home shirt has blue piping around the shoulders, on the sides and on the sleeves. The complementary shorts also has blue piping on the sides, and the home socks will be yellow.

Bunch of bananas runnin around, but I like it!! lol
How can you like it?
The badge is up around the collarbone, not over the heart. It’s plain, but too plain. This is one of few bright kits I hate.
