The Comb Over Header Bobby CharltonAmerican commentator speak for a flick on, the phrase “comb over header” has risen to be a popular term thanks to David Beckham’s Soccer USA show on channel 5, presented by former Soccer AM host Tim Lovejoy.

Each week on the show they feature a variety of strange phrases said by the commentators on the MLS games in the last week and try and explain them.

It came to light that David Beckham himself enjoys the comb over header phrase, it reminding him of Manchester United legend Bobby Charlton who was famous for his comb-over.

    i was watching a real salt lake vs toronto fc game and the commentator described toronto as mambonifigant.
