Stoke City Away 2008/09 leak
This is a leak of the away shirt for The Potters for the next season. Although we must wait until the official unveiling, this looks like the real thing. The shirt is manufactured by French sport equipment company Le Coq Sportif, and shirts are sponsored by Brittania, which are also sponsors of Stoke’s stadium, the Brittania Stadium which can hold 28383 fans. As can be seen from the picture below, the dominating colour in the away kit will be yellow, and it will have blue details on the collar, underarm, and on the bottom-inside of the shirt.
Stoke City played in the Championship in the last season (2007/08) and finished with 79 points (21 wins, 16 draws and 9 losses), ranking 2nd. This means that they gained automatic qualification to the Premiership, and they must strengthen their team well to challenge in this division and stay up. Unless they do so, we may be having another Derby in the 2008/09 Premiership season.

It’s now been officially launched, it’s just about the same but with a darker shade of yellow and a darker shade of blue and the club badge and Le Coq Sportif logo at the same height. It also has blue shorts and blue socks.

Not Bad, the French Kit maker seems to be getting more and more contracts within England. I am just not a big fan of that bright yellow, I said once and I will say it again, looks like a “Fighting Highlighter”
