Southend United Away Shirt 2007/2008

This is the new away shirt launched by Southend at their “Meet The Blues” event, the shirt unveiling was just part of the event which attracted thousands fans to the club Boots & Laces store.

Last month saw the launch of the home shirt which is all navy and the away kit is sky blue with navy sleeves. This is a Nike manufactured shirt, part of their Classic II range it has club sponsors Insure and Go across the front and Haart on the back.

    It’s OK. Sleeves are a bit odd. I wonder why they didn’t go for shiny silver like the numbers on last years home kit? They could have looked like spacemen visiting the 1st (3rd) division from across the galaxy and liking it and deciding to stay for the foreseeable future.

    Probably because they put in one of the worst performances under Steve Tilson whilst wearing silver at the 2004 LDV vans final!

    Well me being a leeds united fan atleat leeds away kit is not wierd the sleeves spoil it sky blue then dark blue
    change the slevves to a lil lighter maybe purple ;]
