Portugal Nike Away Shirt 2013

Here is the official Portugal Nike away shirt for 2013. The pictures confirm the leaked picture we had on our site last month.

PortugalAway2013

The new Portugal away shirt is inspired by the volcanic rock associated with the country, being mainly black with a cross on the front of the shirt in grey.

The shorts are black, with the full color crest, the charcoal number and the white Swoosh while the socks are black with the white Swoosh detail.

In line with Nike’s commitment to combining performance with lower environmental impact, fabric for the new kit’s shorts is made with 100% recycled polyester, while the shirt fabric is made with a minimum 96% recycled polyester. Each kit is made using an average 13 recycled plastic bottles.

The kits are constructed using Nike Dri-FIT technology to wick moisture and are made out of 23 percent lighter fabric with 20 percent stronger knit structure than Nike’s previous kits. The shirts also feature laser-cut ventilation holes to promote localised cooling, to help regulate player temperatures during a match.

  1. PhilUTD:

I would say lazy work from Nike, just changing the colour of the old shirt, but in black and grey this template looks class.

  2. Gortex:

i’d still say lazy work but also agree it looks quality

  3. rooney is soooo ugly:

typical nike , totally unimaginative ,just copying another template

  4. lamdalam:

We can apply for the job as Nike shirt designer. I know we can do our job perfectly. I can easily “design” the new shirts for all nike sponsored club/international by changing the color from previous design and expecting someone praise it like , classy, nice and etc ~~ :)

  5. Ur Mum:

    Absolute Class!!!

  6. MattyPeo-97:

If they try this unimaginative funny business with England, I’m not going to be very happy.

  7. Bert:

what is the point in this shirt other than to make money?

  8. teamgeiist:

50 Shades of Gray symbolized here…

  9. JARKKO:

@3 – Will you ever find something more imaginative to say? You sound like a parrot on every post.

  10. Matt Daug:

    @ “unimaginative”

Whenever Umbro and Adidas use the exact same shirts, it’s “pure class,” but whenever Nike puts on a truly unique shirt, it’s the end of the world. In response to MattyPeo-97, you must have been “not very happy” for quite some time now, especially considering the mundane garbage Umbro has “tailored” for England over the last several years.

    @Matt Daug
this is lazy. templates can be used for different clubs/country. but this is changing the color of the previous shirt :(

  12. André Guimarães:

Nike is so repetitive with some templates, but this jersey was great catch! I love it.
