Portsmouth Goalkeeper Kit 2008/09
After bringing you the new Portsmouth home kit 2008/09, the general consensus from the feedback we got from our readers is that it is pure class. Now, we are bringing you another beautiful shirt from Fratton Park. This is the goalkeeper’s kit that the guardians of the net will be wearing for the 2008/09 campaign in the Premier League, FA Cup, Carling Cup and the UEFA Cup:

The black colour combines superbly with the eye-catching blue design on the shoulders, sleeves and back of the shirt. There are also grey designs on the long sleeves and above the shirt sponsors’ logo. Shirt manufacturers Canterbury, which have done a remarkable job for Pompey this season, will have their logo placed on the right chest and on both shoulders. The circular collar will be black and will be partly blue on the front. We must wait and see how Pompey keepers David James, Jamie Ashdown and Asmir Begovic will look in the new goalkeeper kit, which will run for the 2008/09 season where the club hopes to continue building on its recent success.
