Nike offer FA Trophy Final shirt for Ebbsfleet United

Following Ebbsfleet United’s progress to the final of the FA Trophy, and their February kit and merchandise deal with Nike for the 2008/09 season, the American sports manufacturing giants have offered to supply the club with kits and merchandise for the upcoming final, is the members wish for them to.

The offer by Nike involves providing a FA Trophy Final commemorative shirt for Ebbsfleet players and supporters, as well as other commemorative merchandise to be sold in the lead up to the final on 10th May. If the offer is accepted by the club, Nike will also provide the squad with new bags and travel wear for the rest of the season.

The commemorative shirt would be a different design to the home kit chosen by members for next season as the kit was selected from a range which is yet to commence manufacturing. Nike have told the club it is impossible to bring the kit forward for the final after the club asked if the shirt could be of the same design. The club website will provide an image of the commemorative shirt as soon as it is available if it is accepted by members.

The FA Trophy Final shirts would be priced at Nike’s standard prices, with adult shirts costing £40, youth shirts £35 and boys and girls shirts £33. Nike has assured Ebbsfleet that the shirts and merchandise will be available to the club with plenty of time remaining until the match.
