New Sponsors for West Ham

XL to sponsor West HamA shirt sponsorship deal with charter airline XL, will start next season. It is expected to net the Upton Park club about £2.5 million a season, but there are thought to be plans in place to lower that amount if West Ham are relegated from the Premier League.

Formerly known as Excel Airways, XL are the 5th largest UK holiday company wiuth an annual turnover of more than £1 billion. The deal with XL is more than three times that of the Hammer’s current shirt deal with Jobserve. The new shirt sponsors follow on from West Ham annoucing that Umbro would be making the club’s shirt next season.

    it wnt look to bad, if u at the logo it is’nt too bad! Im likin the umbro shirt too but think the away shirt is a bit boring! Its gotta be betta than our lik and stick badges anyway!!

    James!!!you want virgin plastered over your hammers top!!no offence mate,id rarther av XL coz a least people wont think im a virgin just a fat *******.Put things to do with the nothern monkeys on something to do with the hammers!!!If you want AIG on your shirt why not get yourself up to old trafford and support them, for god sakes people what does it matter,they’ve given us £2.5million,be happy we aint got COWS like the villa had!!!

    yeh ive seen pics of the XL logo on the new jersey it looks aight… apart from the fact i can imagine eveyr other premiership club making songs bout us being fat (which we aint, altho we did produce one rather large player [fat lampard])

    Whoever is saying the new kit is rubbish just need to seckle off coz it’s better then the reebok **** we’ve had for the last few seasons or maybe we can go back to pony!
    If your a true hammers fan you’ll buy the shirt and wear it wiv pride no matter what!
