New Eintracht Frankfurt 08/09 shirts
Last year in December, Eintracht Frankfurt asked their supporters to choose the new design for their away and third (alternate) kit.More than 600 of them followed the call and the winners are now announced.
The first place won a white jersey with a large black cross in front,but they decided not to choose that one because of religious background (shirt is probably similar to this season Inter Milan’s Champions League shirt,which was criticized).
According to that Eintracht Frankfurt’s 2008/09 shirts will be the ones which landed in the second place. The away shirt is white with two black lines which symbolize eagle claws and stylized eagle on the left shoulder. Collar is black,and so are the borders of the sleeves. Club crest is on the left of the chest and ‘Jako’ logo appears on both sleeves and on the chests.Sponsors ‘Fraport’ appear in front of the shirt in blue text.

Alternate (third) shirt is the same as the away shirt,only black with white lines:
The Frankfurt home jersey will remain the same as this season.
And the red one?
The red one is home jersey (it will be the same as this season’s)
Much nicer than any english league shirts atm!
