New Derby County Home Shirt 07/08
The new Derby County kit with the new club badge on are out. These are the shirts that the Rams will be wearing for their return to the Premier League. The shirts are manufactured by adidas for the first time and feature the Derbyshire Building Society as shirt sponsors.
Over a thousand Derby fans have pre-ordered the club’s new kit without even seeing the shirt, the new 2007/08 adidas away kit will be a reverse of this home strip - with black shirt and white shorts.

it may look plain but u look at liverpools home shirt exactly same style only stands out because its red and forest u shud b jelous your league 1 and derby are premier league where we belong and u dont.

Thats just an adidas pub kit! And it’s not even one of their new ones! Worse than the fulham pub kit! Disappointing.
We’ve had some silly Joma designs, with that pointless stripe down the left hand side springing to mind. It was time to go back to basics, and this is just the answer!! I like it simple!

Really Smart Kit.
This kit is terrible. As others have said it looks like an old adidas training top from a few years back. I would have thought adidas would at least use one of their new templates for the kit, but they haven’t. They obviously don’t regard Derby County as one of their bigger contracts. If I was a Derby fan I’d be gutted that my team has been fobbed off with this poor kit. It’s a bit like lower league teams having Nike kits, but they’re not the same template kits used by the bigger teams.
i’m normally a fan of simple, straight-forward shirt designs, but this actually does look a bit too simple; more like a training top. but it’s still better than many o-t-t designs that just hurt the eye…

Tbh its pretty **** that a PremierLeague club gets the basic adidas template.
Nice and clean, but bit disappointing! Adidas have much better templates and designs then this one!
Have to say guys i brought a cheap blue plain adidas shirt last summer for a tenner, and its exactly the same design as this new derby shirt. Only difference is the mine is blue and dont have the derby badge on it. As for a previous comment in this forum, its no way near anything like the liverpool home shirt!! That shirt is by far the best strip in the premiership! ;P

personally i like the kit, most people are right and it does look similar to a training top, however it is a premier league top, so will the small minor league team (the trees) please shut up!!!!!!!!!

Why oh why is everyone going on about this shirt being a training shirt,templates etc,i work for addidas,and if you look at all the other club shirts for addias home and away,there are only 4 styles this season,Derby’s is one of those styles,it is not a training shirt,so look at all of the training stock on the website,we have not done a cheap job with Derby,and i’m a Derby fan!Up the Rams!
