  1. Sargon:

This is terrible…Palace have just killed it now. They have lost all sense of tradition.

  2. Mark T:

Sargon, this new kit shows tradition…!!!

  3. statto74:

Palace have worn all white with the sash from 1976 – 1982/83 and 1984 to 1986/87. It was voted for by the fans and chosen over all red with blue stripes.

  4. Jeff:

    They look constipated.

  5. Dan:

Palace are ****, villa will kiil them if they get promoted

  6. Al:

goal keepers kit looks like japans new adidas template

  7. paul skinback:

and Neil warnock will be wearing a Fedora next season as well

  8. D King:

Amazing shirt. This is the best Palace shirt since the centenary one. Much nice looking than red and blue stripes. Well done Eagles for returning to the colours I consider to be tradional. I hope it sells well and is worn in the Premier League when Eagles stay, (From a Chelsea fan)

  9. Gavin McElroy Newcastle utd:

nice kits apart from the keeper kit surprised how nice erra as they are by far the worst make in the primerleague and they make ****** boro

  10. sargon:

i apologize people. that was my cousin who posted that under my name. that is an ok shirt but i still like the blue and red ones

  11. Diego:

A welcome return for the famous 9-0 shirt, as worn when Palace were thrashed by Liverpool at Anfield. Seeing this will make Brighton fans very happy. As for tradition, Palace abandoned that in 1973, when they ditched claret and blue for blue and red. They’ve changed kit almost every season since then.

  12. Homer J:

Fair point Diego, so maybe we should go back to the shirts we wearing when we beat Brighton 5-0. Without a doubt a return to the most popular shirt that Palace have ever worn.

  13. Bertie:

i think palace should stick with red and blue stripes

  14. bbdj:

    0.k. bag bag

  15. BBDJ:

dan what saying westman villa going down

  16. Laz:

Typical Brighton, trading off someone elses result against us. 5-0!

As for the shirt I think the sash kit is good and has its place in Palace history, however I would of prefered it as the away kit as the stripes have been our home kit for the last 20 years.

  17. Seagull Boy:

    Laz,

Not sure if you remember the 1-0 Brighton win at Skankhurst Park not long ago???
Perhaps you should wear that one again? ha ha
Once Falmer opens in 2010 we’ll over take the palace!

  18. Gaz:

Or maybe we should go back to that black kit when we beat you scummers 3-2. You know the game where Jobi McAnuff scored in the last minute at the W@nkdean!
