New 07/08 Sponsor for Huddersfield

The 2007/08 Hudderfield Town shirt will have new club sponsors CasinoRed.com on the front. The deal for CasinoRed.com to appear on next season’s new look Town kit could be extended up to three years.

Nicholas Boyes-Hunter, the Gibraltar-based company’s chief executive said:

CasinoRed.com are “passionate about Huddersfield Town and looking forward to working with the club and the community in taking Huddersfield Town forward.”

The gambling industry has continued to sponsor many football teams recently including Tottenham Hotspur (sponsored by Mansion), Middlesbrough & spanish side Seville (both by 888.com) Aston Villa (with 32Red) and Blackburn Rovers (with bet24) to name a few.

    this kit is appauling, it is ugly, just like the player wearing it. it is a discrace to the town name.

    i would be very appauled at even 10 shirt sales in the whole of the season.

    it is DREADFUL!

    as for the cheap and tacky sponsor this season, what are they thinking?!?!
