MLS to have own unique name & number style

It is rumoured that Major League Soccer will be using their own lettering & number styles for the MLS 2008 season. Currently they use generic go-to numbers that are also used in Portugal & Scotland, but it is expected that they will release their own league specific designs, such as you would find on English Premier League shirts.

It was only for the start of the 2007/08 season that the Premier League introduced a new kit number and letters font style of their own.
