This special collectors item is priced at £49.99, to get your scarf, click here.

I wonder if TOFFS have permission from United for this. After all, the logos are trademarks of MCC rather than MUFC so they might not have asked and I doubt whether it would have been given (not enough profit in it to even tempt the Glazers after all) as the club maintains that the anniversary isn’t treated as a commercial opportunity. As a United supporter, I feel that the Munich disaster should be paid proper respect by not commercialising it at all - No AIG logo on the player’s picture, no commemorative shirts and scarves, however small the run is.
football-shirts(!!!)
not scarves. Or do we publis new caps, wristbands, flags, tracksuits, hats, polos etc. as well.
who cares about a 9 Pound Scarf anyway?
Another bandwagon company looking to exploit United fans but even more ashamedly making a profit from a tragedy! Where do these parasites get off with their get rich quick antics every time United are in town, and why don’t they donate all proceeds not £10 to the families who lost loved ones in the disaster?
‘and why don’t they donate all proceeds not £10 to the families who lost loved ones in the disaster’
It was 1958 for Christs sake, what relatives are left? It took 40 years for the club to get round to do a benefit match of which £80,000 went to ‘Eric’
There are still nine survivors of the crash alive, so what makes you think that their relatives and children aren’t still around today?
GKA, as tim said, children (probably grandchildren too) and relatives, of the deceased are still around, although the thought of donating the money to manchester childrens hospital is good, why not give to to families of the love ones, who’s relatives died, as that is who’s deaths toff’s are making money from……..
And as for your comment of “it was 1958 for christ sake” show some respect
I wonder if you’d be brave enough to utter them words around old trafford on wednesday, sunday or any day for that matter rather from the safety of behind your pc
Disgraceful
1. It is pretty shoddy to try to make money off this game.
2. Why the hell would anybody want to be associated in anyway with the archaic mess of an organisation that is Manchester City Council?
Out of principle, I will never buy from TOFFS again.
