Israel New Adidas Kits 2008/09
The Israel national football team has changed kits manufacturers. The team previously sponsored by Puma has signed a new deal with Adidas, and the new home kit has been presented.
The new kit is blue with white details, the new Federation badge to the left and the manufacturer logo to the right in white. The uniform is completed with blue shorts and socks.

Dan- FYI I’m Jewish, my mother makes an annual pilgrimage to Israel (she volunteers at army bases there) and I’m well aware of the situation with Ethiopian Jews. As for Toto, he may be an Israeli citizen but he’s Nigerian by birth/ethnicity. In no way, shape or form am I flaming the guy or denying his right to suit up for whichever country he pleases… the visual just gave me the chuckles. Nothing more, nothing less.

Toto Tamuz may be Nigerian, but he learned his football in Israel, ie. has lived there from when he was 2 years of age. So he’s a lot more Israeli than Nigerian, regardless of his skin colour.

I was born in Rio. I’m a carioca Jewish. Ididn’t know the guy in phot was a real player. But at a glance I figured it was a reference to the ‘Falashas’.
