Inter Milan's Gold trimmed shirts

Anderson over at footballkitblog.blogspot.com noticed that Inter Milan had added a gold trim to their home shirt for the match against Reggina on Saturday. The Serie A side are using the gold on their kit as part of their centenary celebrations and it will only be for the month of March, the club were founded Internazionale FBC Milano on March 9th 1908, following a breakaway from Milan Cricket and Football Club.

The Inter shirt this season has had the gold embroidery around the club badge on the left chest, but this new shirt also has the sponsors logo of Pirelli in gold and the Nike logo in gold, as well as a trim around the Italian flag in the centre of the shirt. Inter won their Serie A game against Reggina on Saturday 2-0, the club should next wear the shirt in their UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool on Tuesday at the San Siro.
