Fulham Unveil Special 130 Years Anniversary Shirt
Fulham have unveiled a new shirt to commemorate their 130 years as London’s oldest professional football club. The club was founded in 1879. The shirt is a limited edition and is quite similar to the current home shirt, this time featuring 130 years beneath the club crest.
The club was originally founded as Fulham St Andrew’s Church Sunday School by worshippers at the Church of England in West Kensington. Fulham’s first match at Craven Cottage, their current home stadium was in 1896. Their stadium currently boasts a stadium capacity of over 25,000.
Fulham are currently playing in the English Premier League and currently have seven points from seven matches played. Throughout their 130-year old history, the club have managed to produce many British great players including Bobby Robson, Johnny Haynes and Rodney Marsh. Even though they boast such a long history, the club has yet to lift any major honours, the closest being in 1975 when they finished as runners-up in the FA Cup versus West Ham where they had lost 2-0. They won the league now known as the Championship twice, in 1949 and 2001.

Did you say, “…quite similar to the current home shirt…”?
It’s the same (with a bit of grey script underneath the badge).
Exploitation. Again.
Nice shirt!
(Watch this comment get deleted because they think I’m being sarcastic, or else they just don’t like my insightful comments for some reason.)
i was expecting a really retro kit
not 130 years wrote on the current shirt.
lazy
New season, new shirt. 2 months down the line, same shirt with a bit of new text on it? Why couldn’t they do that at the start of the season? Rip off.
Completely underwhelming…why bother.
lol…………………….?! wth was tht about
what an effing rip off!
Did the Geniuses at Fulham just (conveniently) figured out midway through the season that it’s their 130th – or do they think their Fans are as thick as they are?
what a rip off. Celebrate 130 years?
You´re supposed t celebrate 50 or 100, 150 years but 130?
And please, save us from the numerous new shirts just to squeeze us supporters. Are 3 shirts now normal?
