Fulham Third Kit 09/10

Posted on October 29th, 2009 in Fulham by zebra10

Fulham have just launched their new third kit for this season however the kit will be worn for the first time in the second half of the season when Fulham visit Stoke and Sunderland. The shirt could also be used in the club’s Europa League fixtures.

Since the club is celebrating its 130 years since it was founded, the words 1879 are printed on the back collar. The shirt is mainly navy blue with white touches on the sleeves. The Nike logo appears on the top right part of the chest while the club crest on the opposite left. LG, club shirt sponsor have their logo printed across the center of the shirt.

Two weeks ago Fulham also revealed the special home kit – in a limited edition version. The “special” shirt is just the same as the current home one, with 130 years added beneath the club crest to commemorate the club’s 130 year-old history.

Anyone to explain me, why a team like Fulham needs more than two shirts? Are we going to get used to the teams having 3 kits now?

the reason why fulham need more than two shirts is when they play away at teams like stoke city & Sunderland (Red & White Striped)
and yes the shirt is rapidly becoming the norn.
