Everton Third kit 08/09
Premier League side Everton F.C have revealed their new third kit that the team will wear this new season which is made by Umbro.
The shirt is mostly fluorescent yellow. There is black piping around the shoulders and around the collar. The club badge is on the right of the shirt and the makers, Umbro, have their logo in the top right of the shirt. The club sponsors, Chang, have their name and logo in the centre of the shirt. The shirt will be worn with navy shorts and yellow socks.
The new kit will be worn for the first time on Saturday when Everton play West Brom. The kit will also be the change jersey for European matches. The shirt will be available to buy from the 7th of October.

what is it with flourescent shirts this season, loads iof teams have them. I think yellow shirts are ok, but when they make them flourescent then its like euurrgh, why?, the players must be embarassed in this.

there’s nothing wrong with fluorescent kits if your a gd team. When Barca 1st used there bright yellow away, they won the league and champions league that year…..cn’t be 2 bad a kit eh ?
flourescent strips were rubbish in the 90’s (with the exception of the dortmund one circa paul lamberts time there) - why have they reappeared all of a sudden? it is pretty minging, altho everton have amde a habit of pretty rough looking change strips of late
so just because everton have this kit , they are gonna win the premiership? dont think so!
looks like they might have trouble finding 11 bodies to put the kits on each week.
Jake United won the league in 92/93 and 93/94 season with a yellow and green half and half top as their away shirt.
I think it’s quite nice actually, clean and simple.
Other than the fact that it’s flourescent and tacky, it’s yet another overused template by Umbro.
Its ok if you go running at night but wtf is the new craze wif these awful shirts just stick to normal colours not this flourecent S**T

Must be a fake, think it is a Norich top but with Eveton images pasted on in photoshop, you can tell because none of the players are smiling like they would for new kit release
It’s not the first colour I think about when I think about Everton, it’s not like they have been a cutting edge club over the years (one of last top teams to sign a black player) considering its supposed to be a third kit - it’s rather nice - I’m not as annoyed by the fluorescent as some of you are.

Now I’m a massive Everton fan, get up at 3am to watch games in Australia and have never spoken badly about the club.

This shirt is rubbish.
Seriously, give me Umbro’s number, I’ll make the kits myself. Make the third kit like the away kit but yellow.

Simple royal blue stripe and white across the chest, a la the away kit and there - done.

i think the everton yellow kit is a change. and i can not wait for it to come out. it is nicer than the away one
