Everton 2012/13 Nike Home Kit and Goalkeeper Home Kit
This is the new Everton home kit for the 2012/13 season after the club switched from Le Coq Sportif to Nike. We had brought you a leaked picture of the shirt which turns out to be actual. The shirt has a traditional blue base colour with white bands on the sleeves and a white V-neck collar. The Nike Swoosh and shirt sponsor Chang’s logo are white. A green home goalkeeper kit for Number 1 keeper Tim Howard was unveiled. The shirt features four green circles over each other, with the smallest being the lighter shade of green, and the bigger one, which includes more than half of the body as well as both sleeves, being the darkest shade. The collar of the goalkeeper shirt collar is also dark green. The home shorts are white while the goalkeeper home shorts are green.
The Toffees, as they are nicknamed, are based in the city of Liverpool and their archrivals are Liverpool FC, against which they contest the Merseyside Derby. The home stadium is Goodison Park with a capacity of 40,157. In the 2011/12 season, the club ranked 7th in the table, with 15 wins, 11 draws and 12 losses. The Everton goalkeepers conceded 40 goals in the 38 league matches played.

these are nice, i like the white at the bottom of the sleeve
very nice shirt
I like these, especially the goalkeeper. However I await the first ‘oh it’s a template’ moan.
Even as a red I admit that Everton’s home, away and away goalie kits were nice last year. They must be happy to get nike this year (I find our warrior stuff so cheap). Hovever, as I expected, they’ve used a well known template (I beleive Brazil were the first to use it) for the home kit and the goalie kit is in the only style that nike will use this year. However I have to say that the long sleeve home kit looks smart (is has normal looking cuffs, not the weird ones on the short sleeve). Overall, not an improvement on last season in my opinion.
Finally……………
no really doesn’t matter how good it looks for everton im fckin sick of the template!! btw why the fck is the circle around the badge in gk kit is sooo bright that doesn’t look like the shade they should’ve used seein the color patterns!!
The home shirt is fantastic except for the oversize cuffs.
Ok this is what expected from Nike this year…no surprise
But with the away black shirt Everton needs a third shirt…
Would be nice if the cuffs were half the size.
not too bad, might just grow to like em
getting the long sleeve version
@k.n.: third shirt will be like away but white
there’s already a leak picture floating around of these kits
definately brilliant…
Gonna look odd when a player wears a long sleeve blue baselayer under a shirt sleeved shirt with that massive white cuff
That strange sleeve again and again. I’m happy I have the Le Coq kit…
The long-sleeve is quite nice.
prefer the black away, not sure on the keepers with the big circle round the badge, although do like the colour. Personally couldn’t see anything wrong with what LCS did for the toffees but suppose the switch all comes down to money.
never liked everton in blue socks. this kit would look so much better if they were white. other than that it’s a class kit.
Agree with @16 white sockks look way better. blue socks make em look like a Leicester city.
agree with @12. those under shirt base layers should be only worn so that they are completely covered by the first shirt. either just wear a long sleeve shirt with your long sleeve baselayer you numpties! remember when they used to wear florescent cycling shorts underneath the shorts? they soon sorted that fad out very effectively
Not bad and thats coming from a red
@ZGR If the 3rd will be the same in white with blue details will be better than home!
like this and really like the keepers shirt-its very nice (and different which is a rare thing these days)
Interesting that the long sleeved shirt pushes the white bit down the the edge. I would hav thought it should feature twice, otherwise it looks like 2 completely different kits
