Euro 2008 Switzerland Away Shirt

Last weekend Switzerland faced co-hosts for Euro 2008 Austria in a friendly match, which they won 3-1 thanks to a brace from Marco Streller either side of Hakin Yakin’s goal. For the match Switzerland wore their new white away shirts.

Swiss Away Kit

The Swiss away shirt is made by Puma and uses a similar template to that of the new Austrian away shirt, they two are differentiated by the oversize collar on the Switzerland’s kit. It is a white shirt with red panels under the arms, worn with red shorts and white socks. The Puma badge is under the Swiss FA badge on the left chest.

Awful. I liked there old one. Puma were good last year. They must have got a new designer.

Dissapointing considering the previous kit. I’m hoping the Home kit will be better.

I agree with previous comments. How can they go from a simple and stylish kit with shaded details to something so rank? The collar is awful. This is not progress.
