Energie Cottbus Home shirt 09/10

Posted on June 24th, 2009 in Energie Cottbus by Ben1991

Earlier this year, German side Energie Cottbus released three possible designs for their next home kit and asked fans to vote for their prefered choice (seen here). The club have now revealed their kit with the most votes and therefore the kit that the team will be wearing for next season. The kit is made by Saller.

The winning design was shirt 3. The shirt is made of Cottbus’ traditional home colour, Red. There is red down the sides of the shirt and a red stripe running down the left side of the shirt. The club badge is on the left of the shirt and the makers have their logo on the right of the shirt and on both shoulders.

Design is okay, but I agree with the comment that in real life it looks not so nice as the drawing. They should have put a second color into it along the piping to make it look better. As it stands now, it looks a bit flat with only white and red.
