Crystal Palace’s Other All White Away Shirt

Posted on February 5th, 2008 in Crystal Palace by reddevilrooney

Crystal Palace has a history of changing several shirts in a single season. This season was no difference. In the game against Southampton recently, fans were confused when the team came out wearing a white away shirt which was totally different from that unveiled at the beginning of the season. The official away shirt was thought to be too similar to the Southampton red and white striped shirt and Crystal Palace decided to switch to their training kits and modify them with number, names and the necessary badges.

i hate money grabbing teams. there is a clear way of getting round this problem just bring out 2 kits that are complete opposites so no need for a third or do what barca have done and used their last seasons away kit now as their third

Wos, you don’t know what you are talking about obv u aint been to Selhurst before. As Col U they have the worst ground in the CCC.
This kit was produced as the home kit was not being brought and if the home fans brought the crappy home shirt they would realse the 3rd shirt to buy which no one did. This was also not a training shirt, it is just a shirt Errea gave Palace to wear.
