New Manchester United Home Shirt 09/10

The teaser of the new united kit have been revealed but below is a much clearer picture of the full kit.

The kit is modelled by United winger Ji Sung Park and the picture is one that was captured before the darkening was added.

Below is the same picture after the darkening has been added.

The reveal of the new Manchester United 2009/10 home kit is now at midnight tonight (to be precise 00:01 on Friday 26th June!) and not 1st June as previously advertised, mainly because everyone already knows what it looks like!

  1. Liam J.C:

    It’s nice I think.
I thought from the blacked out picture of Rooney that the shorts would be gray but that shows that they are white obviously.
The only thing there isn’t that much change from the last two years which is a bit sad as it will now be four years with near the same kit but saying that it looks smart.

  2. heinrich:

we know this is fake cos AIG’s not going to be the sponsor this year right?

  3. daniel:

    heinrich said,

aig is the sponsor for the 09/10 season but after that it is aon

  4. Dec7:

AIG is sponsor this year because their contract runs out next year when Aon take over.
Also, on other teasers you can clearly see that AIG is the sponsor therefore, this ISN’T fake.

  5. Ryan:

    haha hello to liam :L

yeh, kits alright i spose :)

  6. heinrich:

oh i see- the black v looks pretty mean then i think. certainly better than last seasons ‘tag still attached to the back of the neck’ kit.

  7. sewey89:

How do you know that the kit will be revealed tonight? Is there any confirmation of that?

  8. Chris:

Looks exactly the same but with black triangle. Rip!

  9. DDC:

Are ye serious, this is another awful kit in a long line of horrible Manc Kits.
The might be champions, but they certainly don’t look top of the league in that kit.
    Boring!

  10. sewey89:

DDC… what do you want? a kit with different players faces on it? Its a shirt to play football in! Uniteds tradition is red, white and black. They have always had plain shirts and probably always will have.

And as for… “The might be champions, but they certainly don’t look top of the league in that kit.”

Possibly the worst comment i’ve ever heard

  11. CC:

Have to agree with Sewey89…sure, the kit is nothing to write home about, but their performance on the pitch is what makes a Manchester United kits worth wearing. Look at Man City. Lovely kits often but who wants to wear them unless you are a hardcore Man City fan?

  12. King Of Erith:

Soon to be seen on a high street near you…….no matter what city you’re from!!!

  13. Lolz:

haha couldnt agree more with the above comment!

  14. frantoonfan:

Exactly the same shirt as last season just with a black bit. But suppose when you support a brand like man utd rather than a club you deserve to be robbed of your money.

  15. colin_worldcup:

to be fair don’t know what changes are expected………..was always gonna be red, have a man utd badge, have a white nike tick and have aig over the front of it!

a hawaian shirt design might sound a good idea…….but seriously what do you expect?

  16. Watford Boy:

looks alrite but i dont like the black v

  17. 09:

Ha, I found that picture 2 days ago, posted a comment on this site with the link of the this picture, only to find football-shirts blocked my comment.

  18. admin:

sorry, we have had some issues with comments getting blocked and not seeing them straight away, we are trying to put a new system in place for shirt leak information, so this doesn’t happen again in future. Apologies

  19. Bren333:

Not sure about the kit but the girl looks great.

  20. 09:

Lol ok, no problem, I can understand. By the way in my last comment I did not mean it in a rude way, just in case ;) .

  21. sean:

its jus like last seasons bt wif a black collar nd black stripe thing…waste of money

  22. maca chelseatillidie:

thats horrible !!! coe on chelseea !!!

  23. Tim:

    “#
    King Of Erith said,

True, but same can be said of Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal, Real Madrid, Barcelona, etc. Just a sad reflection of today’s breed of football “supporters”.

I’m a Mancunian living in the east midlands and practically everyone – especially kids – around here has a Liverpool shirt on, despite being over 100 miles away from that city.

By the way, as for the kit, I like the chevron, but the collar should have been the same as the one on the new Barca home shirt – a V-neck would suit it far better than this cheap looking crew neck. Nike obviously trying to produce this shirt as cheaply as possible because they know no matter what it looks like, they’ll sell millions of them.

  24. badegg:

we know this is fake cos Parks not going to be playing this year for Man Ure,he’ll be a boot cleaner at Real Madrid right?

  25. aroles:

    badegg – terrible… awful attempt.

  26. LFC:

Nike have got to do something to liven up their bland shirts but the v looks daft.

  27. Dave:

Cant understand why people are saying its just the same as last years…?

It has a significant new element on the front, has a different collar and different colour scheme…red and black as opposed to red and white.

For what its worth, I dont think its particularly special but I’ve always found Utd strips grow on me over time, I even began to like the first AIG one with white v neck from a few years ago…

  28. aroles:

    Yeah i agree with dave.

  29. darren:

shocking shirt for shocking glory hunnting fans 2 a shocking team that ruins the support of lower leauge teams in and around the manchester region …

  30. ermias:

i hate it so much . please change it

  31. Salford City Red:

I love it, a great rugby league jersey! C’mon Salford!

  32. Dan:

It a quality shirt, for a team who has easily shown they are world class, i like the chevron, but it would be better white

  33. luke:

Utd are the best, roll on the new season dressed all Dapper like that we are bound to win league. Four on the trot!!!!

  34. daniel:

chelsea 4eva nd mancity r gd aswell

  35. daniel:

    I SUCK BALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  36. daniel:

“balls with a wee bit of **** is nice to eat” says sir alex ferguson

  37. suckmen:

    ye old sexmonkey rocks

  38. manutd!:

    suck me you hairy lickers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  39. LFC4ever:

the kits suck…like the team…they look awful..on the same kit 1000 colours…lucky tevez, ronaldo because they won’t be forced to wear this thing

  40. MAN UTD MAN 8:

Man utd are the best team in the world so the kit is horrible but why does it matter what the kit look like when its how we play as a team not which team has the best kit…….. ! P.S. welll be saving our money for player instead !

  41. MAN UTD MAN 8:

PLS tell me if u agree with my commment above

  42. MAN UTD MAN 8:

If you agree with my comment pls say so !

  43. MAN UTD MAN 8:

Do u agree with my last comment ?

  44. ben:

i think its cool. i really like the away goalkeeper kit and the home one they stand out really well!!!!!!!!! GO MANCHESTER UNITED U RULE

  45. omar:

man u’s kit is oriet not all that

  46. Bell:
