Cardiff City 2012 Carling Cup Final Shirt
Cardiff City is a Welsh football club playing in the English nPower Championship. In the 2010/11 season, the club ranked 4th in the table but missed out on promotion after being knocked out by Reading in the play-offs. In 2011/12, the club started its Carling Cup adventure from the First Round, beating Oxford United after extra time, then beating Huddersfield Town in the Second Round after extra time, beating Leicester City in the Third Round on penalties, beating Burnley in the Fourth Round, Blackburn in the Fifth, and Crystal Palace on penalties in the semi-final. They booked a place in the Final against Liverpool at the Wembley Stadium on the 26th February 2012.

This is the shirt to be used by the club for this special occasion. The blue shirt is manufactured by Puma and sponsored by Malaysia. It has the text ‘CARLING CUP FINAL v LIVERPOOL FC WEMBLEY STADIUM 26.02.2012′ embroidered on the chest. The collar is a white v-neck and two stripes appear on each shoulder, one being yellow and the other being white. The sleeve hems of this shirt are white and so is the Puma logo.
