4 stars is for 20 titles, why? No idea, but that’s the way that the Germans have decided to do it.

Anyway they’re more meaningful than Doncaster, Huddersfield, Man City and Ipswich’s stars.

(no doubt I will be told that this is because Huddersfield won 3 in a row and Man City have played in division 3, and Ipswich have won 3 trophies in their entire history.

Lucky Liverpool and United don’t do the same as their shirts would look like the American flag.
