Adelaide United get new Sponsor

Adelaide United is an Australian football club playing in the A-League. In the 2008-9 season, the club finished runners-up in Australia’s top football league division. The club have just announced that they sealed a deal with Jim’s Plumbing meaning that their new sponsor will feature also as a shirt sponsor and will have significant exposure during the remainder of the season.
Managing Director of Jim’s Plumbing, David Ellingsen said: “It will give us the exposure on a national level and expand our branding of Jim’s Plumbing and also the Jim’s Group. It’s quite a large business and with Adelaide United being a national brand identity, it should go well hand in hand together,” Mr Ellingsen said.
On the partnership, Adelaide United CEO Sam Ciccarello said, “We thank Jim’s Plumbing for the confidence that they have shown in Adelaide United in their commitment as the club’s major sponsor, and we look forward to a long and successful partnership with David and his team.”
“David and his team have recognised that support for football and Adelaide United continues to grow in Adelaide – we’re excited about the deal and look forward to promoting the Jim’s Plumbing brand around Australia.”
Adelaide will wear their new shirts with the new sponsor for the first time against the Central Coast Mariners.
