New Parma Shirts 07/08
These are the three new Parma football shirts for next season in Italy’s Serie A. The home, away & third shirts all use the same errea templates, using two colours with a cross design over the center of the shirt in one colour, which matches the collar.
Parma’s New Home Shirt
The new Parma home shirt is white, with a blue cross on it with blue collar. Manufacturers Errea have their logo in blue on the right chest and on the left chest is the club badge. The away shirt is yellow and blue, with the shirt in the blue and the cross in yellow. The third Parma shirt is dark blue with the cross appearing in gold.

Why is the blue and yellow shirt the away one? arent parma’s colours blue and yellow? seems strange to have a black and white home kit and then have your team colours for the away shirt…but whatever floats their boat.
Parma used to have the balck and white cross when they originated. they changed to blue and yello stripes 20-30 years ago but then from their centenary year onwards (2005-2006), they reverted back to their original shirts, and made they blue and yellow the away shirt.
the third shirt is silly….how is varying from royal blue to navy and yellow to gold much of a variation?!?
Originally, the club wore white shirts with a black cross on the chest; this is the colour they currently wear.
For a period of time they wore yellow and navy blue hooped shirts, they were quite successful during this time and the shirts have become synonymous with Parma even though they have reverted back to their traditional colours recently.
Why have they got a massive cross in the middle of their shirt? Do Parma always have that?
It looks like Inter Milan’s away shirt for the 07/08 season aswell.

But in this case we cant talk about tradition…
I think they all look good. Errea has done well for a change.

The home kit looks pretty good but was better when Champion produced ait a few years back. White shrit with a black cross is unique at this level of football anywhere in the world. Being unique is a good thing. The other two are a bit daft and proves that in any other combination it doesn’t work as well.
They might have gotten away with doing a Vasco Da Gama and (no, not sailing around the world) having black with a white cross on the away strip and maybe blue and yellow hoops for the third as it was such a nice kit at the time. .

The away kit looks great but would look better if the shorts were blue instead of yellow. If they wanted to stay true to their badge they could have designed the away kit in blue and yellow vertical stripes (not horizontal stripes as used in previous years).

i always love parma for my lifetime.
since the first time i start favorited parma when team in sucssesfull time when there is still playing buffon, cannavaro, sensini, thuram, baggio, veron, chiesa and crespo untill now parma always my number one football team! i’m not happy enough for the new shirt, but that doesn’ matter enough. my wish is for my favorite team parma nomatter what kind of shirt type just the more important that parma could back to their very best time and make me and other fans proud and love the team verymuch. sucsessfull for parma, may God always bless the team with new talented youth player(and please don’t sell them again when they become a star), a good financial status, good staff, coach and management, and victory for every match, Amen!
just suggestion.. what if parma think about still use blue and yellow shirt (that popularized parma with nickname ‘gialloblu’) but in new type of stripe like ac milan or inter and juventus type?
