New 07/08 Wigan Athletic Away Shirt

Wearing their new white away shirt for the 2007-08 season, Wigan Athletic started their pre-season with a 2-0 win against Dutch side FC Zwolle. The new kit is manufactured by Umbro and football shirt fans will be unsuprised that it is white, it seems almost all Umbro away shirts for 07/08 are white.

The pre-season tour of Holland started with two first half goals from Paul Scharner and Caleb Folan, giving Chris Hutching’s side the win. Late on in the match Zwolle had two penalties, missing the target with the first and Chris Kirkland saved the second.

    Home = Blue and white stripes
    Away = All white
    = third shirt for Blackburn Away etc = rip of the fans and more money. I hope WN, SR etc keep their home kit for 2 season, which is the Umbro tradition. Everton are the only Umbro club doing yearly changes to rip off fans.

    how thick are wigan now they need a third kit. umbro have really screwed up this year. not bad design but should have done it black or red or yellow or pink or onange or green etc. but not the same colour as the home
