2008 San Jose Earthquakes Shirt
MLS side San Jose Earthquakes have a unveiled their 2008 shirts which incorporate a new team logo.

The new kits have been designed by adidas, who are Major League Soccer’s official supplier. The home & away shirts have the words “San Jose” embroidered on the back of the neck and the new badge which appears on the left chest, sees a slight change in colour and two silver stars above it to represent the club’s MLS Championships in 2001 & 2003.
The home shirt is black with royal blue side insets which are off set with white piping, the Earthquakes home kit will include royal blue shorts, with white stripes on each leg & black socks, the shirts will have the adidas three stripes down each sleeve in white.
San Jose’s away shirt is white with royal blue side insets that have black piping, the adidas three stripes wil be in black and “Earthquakes” will appear on the front of this kit, which wil be worn with royal blue shorts, with black stripes on each leg & white socks.
David Alioto, San Jose Earthquakes Executive Vice President said of the new club kits:
“Our goal was to create a classic and clean jersey design that players and fans would wear with pride both on and off the field”.

wots with teams putting there names in big letters on the front. if they just got sponsers everything would be fine.
Give them time and they will have a sponsor on there. MLS teams are slowly getting towards that. San Jose is now the 14th club. When Columbus changes for next season, 7 of them will have sponsors on the front.
what is Columbus’ sponsor?
Columbus Crew don’t currently have a sponsor they have the team’s name across the shirt.
The sponsor will be Glidden for Columbus I mean.
