TSV 1860 Munich is a German club from Bavaria playing in the second level of the German League system, the 2. Bundesliga. When the 2011/12 campaign came to a close, the club was ranking 6th in the table, just 5 points away from qualification to the promotion play-offs. In its history, the club has featured in 20 seasons in the top level of German football and it was a founding member of the Bundesliga in 1963.
The club’s kits are manufactured by Uhlsport and sponsored by Aston Martin. The home shirt has a navy blue base colour with a light blue collar and light blue sleeves. The sleeves have a dark blue stripe close to the edge and the body features several graphics of lions, taken from the club’s crest. The shirt is complemented by dark blue shorts and socks.
The away shirt has a white base colour. The collar features a yellow edge and a light blue stripe around it. The sleeve hems are yellow. Light blue patches appear near the edges of the sleeves, higher up on the sleeves. on the underarms, and on the sides of the body, with the last two having a yellow border. The complementary shorts are white with light blue patches and the socks are also white with light blue bands.
