D King

Im not talking about teams which change their kits every season, i completely agree that it is wrong. What i was saying if you read it correctly is that if a team has a Red and White stripe shirt, why have a white away shirt? If the team you are playing against wears white then you need a 3rd shirt so why not just have 1 away shirt that is completely different to the home colours!

It hurts to say this as a Saints fan but PompeyPete is absolutely right - teams who produce their own shirts deserve all they get and fail to learn from history. Tacky, cheap looking park side kit style and doesn't belong in the Prem, and therefore regrettably fits the current team down to the ground. That said the Pompey kits of the last couple of years haven't set the world on fire either.

It's an okay shirt, I have just seen it in 'real life' and it's alot better than it is in the picture.....that pic makes it look awful, but, the sleves are silver rather than a beige colour that is shown in the pic.

Couldn't agree with you more D King. Unfortunately my club appear to be going down the route of bringing out three shirts per season. On the plus side our current kits are supposed to be the most technically advanced in the country!
