Doncaster Rovers Football
Founded in 1879, Doncaster Rovers are an English professional football club from Yorkshire. They play their homes games in the 15,000 capacity Keepmoat Stadium (Doncaster Community Stadium) which they moved to in January 2007 from Belle Vue. They share the ground with local rugby league team Doncaster Lakers.
Donny play their home games in a strip of red and white hooped shirts, with red shorts and socks, the away kit is all black. An impressive league cup run in the 2005/06 season, saw the players in hooped Doncaster shirts excel, beating two Premiership teams on route to the quarter finals where they were only knocked out by Arsenal on penalties.
