D.C. United is an American team formed in 1995 and one of the founders of the Major League Soccer. The team's home ground is the 56,454 seater Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium, 2400 East Capital Street in Washington DC.

DC United play their home games in kit comprising of a black shirt with white across the shoulders and arm tops, black shorts and socks, with the away strip being the reverse.
