Glasgow Celtic currently play in the Scottish Premier League and are the current league champions having won the league in the 2012-13 season. Celtic wear green and white hooped home shirts which features nine white hoops indicating the clubs historic era between 1965 and 1974 and are manufactured by Nike who have produced their shirts for eight seasons and are sponsored by Tennents who took over from Carling from the 2010-11 season. The goalkeeper shirt is yellow whilst their away shirt is black and grey in a hooped design and the third shirt is the 125th anniversary kit reflecting the first shirt worn by the club with a plain white shirt and the original Celtic crest on the chest.
Celtic who´s nickname is 'The Bhoys' play at home wearing green and white hooped shirts. The list of famous players who have pulled on the shirt is enormous but just a few are; Roy Aitken, Tommy Burns, Kenny Dalglish, Henrik Larsson, Lou Macari and Jock Stein.
