Bari Football
Founded in 1908 Bari (full name Associazione Sportiva Bari) have yo-yo'd in recent years between Serie A and Serie B of Italian football. In 1927 the team merged with Liberty Bari and again merged in 1928 with US Ideale.
Coming from the Apulia region of Italy, the Southern Italian team are well known for producing Antonio Cassano who was born in the city and came from the team's youth ranks, to pull on the Bari shirt in proffessional football.
The club play at the 58,270 capacity Stadio San Nicola, wearing white shirts, shorts & socks for home games (with some red) and an all red away kit (with a little white).
