Bahia are a football team from Salvador Bahia in Brazil, they were founded on 1st January 1931. Bahia play their home games in either of two stadiums the 115,000 capacity Fonte Nova stadium or the much smaller 20,000 capacity Pituau stadium.
Bahia play their home games in strip comprising white shirts with blue shorts and red socks, these colours being combined in the away shirt. The shirt has been worn only once as champions of brazil in 1988 but fourty two times as state champions.
